Event Participation

By signing up for the Charity Spinathon and/or Disco, you agree to participate in the event/s at Nuffield Bromley and Bromley FC on 19th July 2024. Participants must adhere to the event schedule and guidelines provided by TACT, Nuffield Bromley and Bromley FC staff.

Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the event. Payment can be made through the designated payment platform provided in the sign-up form.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the payment will be considered a donation to TACT. TACT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and an alternative arrangement or refund option will be provided.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. It is recommended that participants consult with their doctor before engaging in any physical activity, especially if they have any pre-existing health conditions. TACT, Nuffield Bromley and Bromley FC are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the event.

Use of Funds

All funds raised from the event will be used to benefit TACT foster children, with the intention of providing them with a party or a special surprise.

Photography and Media

By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These images and recordings may be used by TACT in various media, including social media, website, and printed materials.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the sign-up process will be used solely for the purpose of event management and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
