Thank you to the Daily Mirror for acknowledging that TACT is among those companies willing to pay the real Living Wage. The current voluntary rate set by the Living Wage Foundation is £8.25 an hour outside London and £9.40 an hour in the capital. (This is higher than the Government’s ‘national living wage’, and is due to rise further next year). By paying the real Living Wage TACT is voluntarily taking a stand to ensure our employees can earn a wage which is enough to live on. That basic fairness is at the heart of TACT’s values, which is why we are choose to go further than the government minimum.
